vyon.pk provides information about VYON, EV charging infrastructure, potential charging solutions, network development, driver experience and business opportunities. Using this website does not by itself create a customer, host, reseller, partnership or other contractual relationship with VYON.
2. Information, specifications and availability
VYON aims to keep public information useful and accurate, but website content may change as projects, products and services develop. Proposed sites, network focus areas, future app features and conceptual interfaces must not be treated as confirmed live services unless VYON clearly states that they are operational.
Charger specifications, certifications, warranty, pricing, lead times, installation scope and performance commitments are governed by the relevant confirmed manufacturer documentation and/or the written VYON proposal or contract for the specific project.
3. No professional advice
General website content is not a substitute for site-specific engineering, electrical, legal, tax, regulatory or financial advice. Charging infrastructure should be evaluated against the conditions and requirements of the actual site.
4. Intellectual property
The VYON name, logo, website design, original written content and other VYON materials are owned by or licensed to VYON and may not be copied, modified, misrepresented or used as another party’s branding without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Enquiries and submissions
When you submit a site, enquiry or partnership proposal, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information and that it is reasonably accurate. Submitting a site does not guarantee approval, investment, installation, exclusivity or a commercial offer.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
