This policy applies to information collected through vyon.pk. Future VYON driver-app, charging-network, account, wallet or charging-session services may require additional privacy notices specific to those services.
2. Information we collect
When you contact VYON, request a site evaluation or ask for support, we may collect information such as your name, company or property name, email address, city, site details and the content of your enquiry.
The website may also receive basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as browser type, device information, IP address, request logs and security events. Optional analytics information is collected only if analytics is configured and enabled under the website’s cookie preference controls.
3. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and support requests.
- Evaluate potential charging sites, commercial projects and partnerships.
- Prepare proposals or follow up on requested information.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. VYON uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and the services being operated.

7. Children
vyon.pk is intended for general business and EV-infrastructure information and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

VYON may update this notice as the website and charging services develop. The date above will be updated when material changes are made.
